RETURN POLICY
BIOME LEARNING CENTER
OVERVIEW
You may return unopened product(s) purchased from Biome Learning Center within thirty (30) days of purchase (the products’ ship date is considered the date of purchase). All returned products must have the original tamper-evident seal intact to be eligible for a refund. Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Biome Learning Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
FINAL SALE
Any Biome Learning Center Courses or Online Programs are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or return.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return through Biome Learning Center, you must have ordered directly from Biome Learning Center. The item you purchased must be returned, unused with the tamper-evident seal intact in original packaging (whenever possible). You may contact us at support@biomelearningcenter.com for quick and easy return assistance. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns on purchases made at an authorized reseller are not eligible for any refunds or exchanges directly from Biome Learning Center. You will need to contact the reseller you originally made your purchase with and follow their return policy guidelines.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on the cost of the Biome Learning Center product(s), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If after 30 days, you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account statement. Then contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@biomelearningcenter.com.
EXCHANGES
Biome Learning Center will only replace a product(s) if it arrived to you defective or damaged, and the exchange request is made within 30 days of receipt of the original product(s). To be eligible for an exchange, your Biome Learning Center product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us at support@biomelearningcenter.com to initiate an exchange request. Please have your product(s) information ready. A prepaid shipping label will be sent for the product(s) you would like to exchange.
SHIPPING
For returns within the United States, there is no fee for returns. For international returns, please email us at support@biomelearningcenter.com for return instructions and applicable fees. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Biome Learning Center cannot guarantee that it will receive your return and is not responsible for returned or lost packages during the return or exchange process.
