SHIPPING POLICY - BIOME LEARNING CENTER
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Biome Learning Center does not offer free standard shipping except for subscription orders, which ship free with no minimum purchase required. Domestic shipping is through USPS, and we are currently unable to use a different carrier. Please note: we do not ship to PO boxes.
Depending on the destination, most orders are delivered within 5 business days after being placed, though delivery is not guaranteed within this timeframe. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods and holidays. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. We aim to fulfill and ship all orders within 48 business hours of being placed. If you require an adjustment or have unique delivery requirements, please contact our customer service team at support@biomelearningcenter.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note that to ensure faster delivery, your order may consist of multiple packages delivered on different days.
Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery, such as:
- Issues related to credit card or payment
- Higher than expected daily order volumes over and above the fulfillment capacity of our shipping department
- Severe weather conditions
- Unexpected delivery issues (unable to locate address, undeliverable, etc.)
While infrequent, certain Biome Learning Center products may go out of stock. If this occurs, we will contact you for direction on how to best move forward with your order. Customers may choose to delay their shipment until the product is back in stock.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to support@biomelearningcenter.com to inquire about availability.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
If customs fees and duties are assessed, they must be paid by the recipient of the package. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. By placing an order, you agree to pay any customs duties and import taxes that may apply to your purchase.
RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to Biome Learning Center’s carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. Please ensure that all details, including the address, are correct before finalizing your order.
In the event that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Biome Learning Center cannot be held responsible for any delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error may not be eligible for a refund and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
We are committed to helping our customers resolve any issues that may arise. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes to the delivery, we will do our best to assist you. Once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes on our end, and you will need to reach out to the shipping carrier directly.
