The curriculum moves through three phases, building from interpretation to clinical reasoning to delivery:

• Phase 2 — Clinical reasoning. A structured, repeatable decision process for moving from data to a defensible next step — the same logic applied across every case rather than one-off guesswork.
• Phase 3 — Delivery. How to translate your findings into guidance a client can follow, supported by ready-made materials and tools you can put to work immediately.

• Sage AI, the client-facing support app powered by the Flourish Framework. Sage gives your clients a knowledgeable point of contact between sessions, grounded in the same framework you’re trained in. (Requires a free Anthropic API key for Sage conversations — setup takes about five minutes and costs a few cents per client session.)

• All branded practitioner handouts and client worksheets, customizable with your own name and practice details so everything you hand a client looks like it came from your practice.

No. The framework teaches you to read microbiome reports by clinical pattern, and the examples use Tiny Health data — but the principles apply across stool-based microbiome testing. If you're using Tiny Health, the fit is tightest.

MCSC builds the clinical science foundation. Gut Clarity Lab is the delivery system on top of that foundation — how to take what you know and turn it into a structured, sequenced group program clients can actually follow. The two are complementary, and MCSC holders receive a discount.

Do I need a microbiome testing background to start? The program teaches interpretation from the ground up across the major platforms, so you don’t need prior experience with a specific panel — though working clinical experience with clients is the best foundation.
