How To Use
Before use, shake vigorously. Apply 1–3 drops once daily. Pat into dry or damp skin. Apply after cleansing or toning.
Caution
Do not use around or near the eye area. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact with eyes occurs, immediately rinse with water. If you have highly sensitive skin, prior to applying fully, we recommend that you first test on a small area of skin.
Are Clumps Normal?
Yes, natural settling and clumps are expected. Our serum is intentionally formulated without fillers or suspension agents. Because of this, natural settling and clumps are expected. You may notice small white or beige particles - these are simply the carriers for the bacterial strains. As the serum is used, these particles become more uniform and form a fine beige sediment at the bottom.
How to Use the Serum:
• Shake vigorously until the sediment is fully dispersed into the liquid. Apply as usual - any visible particles melt into the skin.
• Once the bottle is set down, the ingredients will naturally settle again. This is perfectly normal. Simply shake before each application.
• Temperature during shipping can also play a role-colder regions may see slightly tighter particle clusters at first, while other areas won’t see it at all. A few extra shakes will always bring everything back into a fine, even consistency.
